About Temple

The vision of Shree Swaminarayan – Hari Mandir is to be a house of worship to practice the teachings of Lord Shree Swaminarayan and help expand the fellowship established by Lord Shree Swaminarayan. Our mission is to be a backbone for Shree Laxmi Narayan Dev Vadtal Gadi as established by Lord Shree Swaminarayan. We shall:
  • Worship the established Lord Shree Swaminarayan Bhagwan and perform with all faith and prescribed daily rituals. Provide means to promote regular Bhajan, Katha, Shibir, and other religious sermons.
  • Promote cultural and religious educational activities for kids under 10
  • Celebrate all Hindu religious festivals with appropriate confinements as established by Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
  • Make our temple the focal point and forum for preaching and practicing the teachings of Lord Shree Swaminarayan Bhagwan
  • Spread the teaching of Lord Shree Swaminarayan using all traditional and modern media, such as printed publications, online live telecasts, audio, video, and social media as appropriate.
  • Facilitate the imparting of Hindu philosophies to the next generation of devotees by providing children a fun, engaging environment to learn the history of the Hindu dharma and Lord ShreeSwaminarayan.
  • Promote welfare of community by contributing to health and human services.
