Worshipers must complete a questionnaire prior to entry.
Masks covering nose and mouth required all times on premises.
Worshipers should maintain proper social distancing.
We ask visitors to limit time to their registered time slot.
Please do not congregate on Temple premise.
Please do not bring any Prasad or other offerings.
